Grace Loves Families
Family Viewing Room
This year, we will be hosting an awesome family viewing room! We love kids, but we also know that sometimes they (and you!) need a break. If your child needs to stretch his or her legs or get out the wiggles, we have a room with a live feed, toys, and people to help. And, the best part is that you won’t miss a moment of the service!
We will be offering free professional photos again this year! Dress your best and have your photo taken in the beautiful Warner Theater lobby. Come back on Christmas Day to download your photos HERE.
WINTER GEAR DONATIONS
This Christmas we are partnering with ServErie to collect donations of new and like-new winter gear including coats, hats, gloves and boots in a variety of sizes for women and children. We will be accepting donations at all Grace locations on December 10 and 17, as well as on Christmas Eve at the main entrance of the Warner. ServErie will coordinate distribution of all the donations with organizations that invest in moms and kids living in Center City.
Sign Up To Serve
Thank you for your interest in signing up to serve at Christmas at the Warner! We wouldn’t be able to have such an incredible event without you. Please read the descriptions of the types of teams and use that to inform your selection. If you have any questions, please contact Nikki.
GraceKids: Family Area
Provide a welcoming environment for families of wiggly kids so parents can still enjoy viewing the service. This is not a drop off area for parents. These leaders have the chance to engage, encourage and connect both parents and kids. (Arrive 1 hour before the service you are serving and needed for the entire service)
GraceKids: Goodie Bags and Roamers Team
This energetic and welcoming team will be standing at each entrance, keeping their eyes peeled for each child who enters. They will then give each child a Goodie Bag to enjoy during the service. If you're able to stay during the service, this team will roam the hallways, looking for parents who might be in the hallway with their children. These friendly Roamers can engage the parent and/or point them to the Family Area. (Arrive 1 hour before the service you are serving and needed at least 15 minutes into the service)
Guest Experience Team
Provide a welcoming experience to guests in a variety of ways from when they walk through the doors, to when they sit in the seats. There will be opportunities to open doors for them, greet them as they come through, answer questions they might have, and help them find a seat. (Arrive 1 hour before the service you are serving and needed for at least the first half of the service)
Volunteer Check-In Team
Welcome and check-in volunteers prior to the service. Provide each volunteer with a lanyard and directions about where to go to prepare to serve. (Arrive 70 minutes before the service you are serving and needed for 15 minutes into the service)
Thanks to our sponsors!
